Delivery Time & Charges
We strive for prompt delivery:
- Dhaka City: within 1-2 days from order confirmation.
- Outside Dhaka City: within 2-3 days from order confirmation.
Delivery Charges:
- Dhaka City: 80 Tk. up to 1kg, with 30 Tk. per additional kg.
- Outside Dhaka City: 150 Tk. up to 1kg, with 50 Tk. per additional kg.
For bulk products, delivery charges will be confirmed by our Order Team. We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, political disruptions, or theft.
Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipping by contacting customer service at call us or via Facebook Messenger.
Payment Methods
We offer multiple payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD), debit/credit cards, MFS mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and internet banking.
User Profile: Account, Password, and Security

Report partial item/order complaints within 48 hours of delivery, providing necessary information and snapshots. Retain packaging for 3-4 days post-delivery for investigation.
